Shipping Policy:
We currently offer domestic shipping, through FedEx ground. Shipping is free if you spend $74.99 or more, otherwise standard flat fee of $8.99. We ship DD products from Watkins, CO to USA locations only. We pride ourselves on getting your package sent out the day of purchase, within reasonable business hours. From there, it depends on our carrier partner FedEx, but you should expect to receive your product within 5 business days. We send you a confirmation email with tracking once your order has left our warehouse. If you have additional shipping questions, please call us at 720-531-1634.
Delivery/Risk of Loss:
The Company shall ship the product to the shipping address you provide during your order. Title and risk of loss will transfer from the Company to you upon shipment of the products. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If you believe your package to be stolen, please file a claim with the carrier.
Terms of Sale for Dr. Diol® Products:
By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. Our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Returns Process
If you are wanting to return your unopened product and it is within 7 days of receiving it, please see our Returns Process below. No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to returned & unopened items. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.
1) Email us at [email protected] ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.
2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please email the tracking number to [email protected].
3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund, less restocking fee, to post to your statement.
Exchange Process
We 100% stand by all of our DR. DIOL® products and want you to find the CBD product that best fits your lifestyle. We understand that everyone responds differently to cannabinoids because of our incredibly complex biology, so finding your perfect CBD product fit might take a little trial and some time. Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is in place to help you find that perfect product. Through this guarantee, within 60 days of receiving your product, customers can try out the product to determine which is right for you.
Did you purchase a tincture, try it, and realize you’d wanted something different? That’s alright! You have 60 days to swap out the tincture for soft gels, or a different type of product to see if it better fits your needs. We only ask that you try a product for two weeks prior to requesting a credit or refund. If, after two weeks, you’re still not satisfied with your product, simply fill out our Money Back Guarantee Form. This form will help us serve you faster and get your refund processed as quickly as possible. Please note that no returns are necessary once product has been opened/used (although occasionally, we may request that the product is returned for quality assurance purposes).
All refunds are subject to first-time purchases of one product and only applicable within 60 days of receiving your order. If you purchase multiple quantities of the same product, DR. DIOL® will only issue a refund or credit pursuant to this Guarantee for the price of a single quantity of the product. Refunds issued are for the price paid by the customer for the product and specifically excludes costs of shipping and any applied discounts. All claims made pursuant to this Guarantee must be submitted to DR. DIOL® within 60 days of purchase in accordance with this policy.
All Money-Back Guarantee Forms are subject to strict review and refunds/credits are provided at the sole discretion of DR. DIOL®. DR. DIOL® reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits, at any time, for orders that exhibit indications of fraudulent behavior.
